One winner will be chosen on the 1st day of each month from the previous months entries. There is no cost and no obligation to enter. Winners will be notified by phone or email and announced on the 1FMC.com website, Facebook and Twitter. Winners do not have to be current or past customers of 1st Family Mortgage Company. Employees of 1st Family Mortgage and their family members are not eligible to win the contest. Winners must be current on their mortgage and present proof of their previous months mortgage payment to be eligible for the prize. Winners will be reimbursed directly for their previous months mortgage payment not to exceed $1,500.00. All entries must be at least 18 years of age and own a home to be eligible. Contest subject to end at sole discretion of 1st Family Mortgage.
